Since 2018 We Have

  • Implemented Fort Bend County’s first remotely capable treasury operations
  • Increased fraud prevention measures to protect our county’s money
  • Implemented new digital tools for financial management across county offices
  • A new banking relationship focused on utilizing technology and workflow automation

Where We are Going

  1. Continuous improvement – you are never where you want to be.
  2. Much more to achieve in workflow automation, with a focus on interaction with other departments
